Sarasota County Council of  Neighborhood Associations - CONA     monthly meeting        Monday, November 9, 2015 at 7 p.m.      Making neighborhood water features beautiful, natural, and healthy      Speaker:  Russ Hoffman       At its Monday, November 9 meeting CONA will host Russ Hoffman of Beautiful Ponds, an expert lake, wetland, and preserve manager, who is recommended by conservationists and has won awards from the Audubon Society recognizing his environmental commitment.    Come hear Russ Hoffman discuss how neighborhoods can develop the natural beauty of their water features economically while making them ecologically beneficial.
